Car Club Challenge at Chicago Indoor Racing

Pitching local motor sport clubs against one another, the Car Club Challenge is a great opportunity for your club to enjoy competing at Chicago Indoor Racing on the combined tracks without the additional effort of trying to gather enough drivers for a private event!
Teams can have as few as 3 drivers and up to 6 drivers per team, plus, clubs are limited to a maximum of 3 teams per club keeping it fair for everybody. In addition, we are only allowing one CIR “regular” per team to ensure even competition across the entire field of racers. Our restaurant will be open and makes for an ideal viewing place for those that are not racing, so feel free to bring along fellow members of your club.
At only $300 per team, this event is sure to fill up quickly!
Car Club Challenge Race Format – Sunday, August 26
Racing starts with a 20 minute Timed Qualifying Session to allow all of your drivers to warm up for the race and to qualify for the Team’s place on the starting grid. At the end of the timed practice session, karts will be arranged in qualifying order and the last driver to qualify will start the race. During the 300 laps of racing teams made up of 3-6 drivers will be required to make 5 driver changes and even a fuel stop!
Date: Sunday, August 26
Arrival: 3pm (arrival & check-in)
Race: 4pm
Cost: $300 per team (all drivers must be over 18 w/a valid driver’s license)
