I ordered a Berk intake for my car last week and paid for 2 day shipping. On Monday I got a tracking number from UPS and on Wednesday the package started moving at UPS. At this point I'm thinking this is great and I can't wait to pickup my intake on Friday. Then I notice a problem. They shipped the intake with ground shipping from California to NY and the expected delivery date is the 4th of January
So Wednesday night I sent off an email to Berk asking them to check what method they had shipped with, but I have yet to receive a reply. I called their shop about 10 times yesterday (both tel numbers), but it went to voice mail every time. Today I started calling them at 9AM PST and have called at least 50 times today. I called them at least 15 times in a row, so if they didn't hear the phone ringing non stop for 10 minutes they must be def. Left them a message and still no reply
Hopefully making this ridiculous post here will get someone from Berk to contact me, but if not I'll just got talk to VISA
