HUNTINGTON BEACH GTG 2009

Hello everyone, its our annual HB meet, last year we had a huge turnout hope we can do it again............Please remember to park in one spot, no loud music, no peeling out. Lets All Remember It Will Be A Huge Meet Lets Not Do Anything That Will Attract The Cops!!!

21100 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY, Hungtington Beach, California 92648
this is the address for Hungtington Beach Hilton, the meet is right across from the Hilton at the beach parkinglot..

Date/Time:
Saturday 06/27/09 @ 9:00am

Food:
Food stand near by Ruby's Dinner, near the parkinglot in walking distance. Feel free to walk over to the pier/downtown area to eat.

Cruise:
Cruise will be posted the week of the event and our second stop for the day. Cruise will leave around 12:30-1pm

I will be setting up a caravan leaving Buffalo Wild Wings Murrieta to meet up with the San Diego Caravan...we will be taking a nice stroll through Ortega Highway and most likely we will meet up at the Irvine Spectrum then cruise to HB. If your interested in going start a signup here, its this Saturday.

Caravan info:
Meet at Buffalo Wild Wings MURRIETA (#3324) at 7am and we are leaving at 7:15 SHARP

We will take I-15 to CA-74 Ortega Highway over to I-5 and end at Irvine Spectrum in front of Target. We will be leaving around 9:05 - 9:10am to head over to HB. Unfortunately the San Diego caravan will NOT be stopping at the Irvine Spectrum and hopefully they will catch up with us on the cruise but no guarantee. I was told they have almost 30 cars which is why they cannot stop. Make sure you bring some money for Raffle tickets and parking...if I remember correctly its $10 per car if they charge us this time. Bring your cameras.

Original thread updated with new caravn info. We are meeting at BW3 at 7am so we can meet up with the SD caravan that has over 30 cars going at 9am.

Im there. Do you know if all the alti's get parked together. Or is it just mixed up.

If we cruise in together...we all park together. Thats the way it works so make sure your at the Irvine Spectrum on time. I have friends coming from Sylmar so they can be there with us. I can save spots for Alti's but its very difficult once the space fills up with cars to get them all maneuvered around.

Ok. What time do you think you'll be at the event in HB? I gotta meet up with my other friend comming from the other direction so wont be able to meet in Irvine. Maybe i can just try to be in HB around the same time.

We will prolly be in HB just before 10am but its gonna be incredibly difficult for you to get in the same time as us so what I can do is save some spots...like I said before, some of the Team Flux guys are gonna come out but they will probably be coming from Sylmar.

It should do it automatically if you do the switch device wizard on your computer. Basically the software will transfer the contacts to the new phone and when you log into BBM it will give you a choice to notify all your friends of the new pin.
