Potentially purchasing a 2015 3.5SL, what should we look out for?

We are looking at this 2015 3.5SL for my girlfriend. I have a 2007 and love it. The clean carfax comes back as one owner, only 29k miles, and has been on their lot for 10+ months (thinking that's a bargaining chip) It obviously has very low miles, but also has some issues. It will need new tires within the year, the passenger side turn LED housing is busted (doesn't appear you can replace just the clear lens), and the rotors and control arm are VERY rusty (probably because it was a NJ car?) There could be more issues but we can't see under it on the lot. Am I crazy in thinking we could snag this for $16k out the door?

What other issues should we be looking out for when we test drive it this Saturday? I haven't kept up on CVT issues with Altimas since mine has never had any and I am currently sitting at 172k (switched to ENEOS CVT fluid a about 60k ago) Do the transmissions still come with 10 year/120,000 warranty?

Any chance it's a flood car? Gotta ask why the dealership hasn't been willing to put any money into it too...

If it's been sitting 10mon outside through the winter...it's going to need new brakes all around too.

I don't believe it's a flood car. It's a lease turn in that was bought at auction (which may indicate an issue of some sort) but the Carfax is clean. I was thinking it's been on the lot so long because it's a Nissan on a Subaru lot. They did do an oil change and the air filtera along with an alignment, so they have put at least a little bit of time/money into it. But not as much as they would have if it was a Subaru. We'd definitely get a pre purchase inspection done on it. It also comes with a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty from the Subaru dealer (all their used cars do) that is nearly bumper to bumper. This dealer doesn't out prices on the windows so I think it probably deters a lot of window shoppers from looking closer.

budget $2500 for the brakes, tires and other light repairs. Make sure you get the car for less than FMV - $2500.

If it's been sitting there for 10m not only will they be tired of looking at it, it's an expensive paving brick in the lot.

It most likely has a rusted exhaust system and others parts too, if the brakes and control arms are that rusty.
