I have 215/60/16 snow tires / wheels from my Altima that my cousin wants to buy for her 14 Sentra. Just wanted to make sure they would fit. Looks like it would go from 24.8" to 26.2" diameter.

We show the max tire diameter for her Sentra to be 25.83-inches. As you noted, the 215/60R-16 tire set is just over 26-inches in diameter. That being said, the best way to see if the combo works is to bolt the set on the front axle and then check clearance.

On a side note, are the wheel coming off the Altima stock wheels? If so, from what year?

They are a steel wheel and snow tires package I got for an 07 4cyl originally. Was factory size. Had been using them on my 11 3.5 for a while.

They fit perfectly fine. For anyone in the future, the 13+ Sentra has no issue with the stock Altima size wheels. In fact, the speedo was overrated with the stock size, and going up in size evened it out perfectly. No rubbing, and I could fit my hand all the way around the wheel turned lock to lock both ways.

I don't think any bigger would be a good idea though, as with the wheel turned all the way in, the inside part had just enough room for my hand before hitting the plastic fender well piece.
