Adding a Flasher Relay to a No Flasher Relay Vehicle

2015 Altima.

So it's the middle of the night and my brain is thinking..
I'm Thinking of adding a Flasher Relay for my Front Blinkers instead of putting Load Resistors.

Why?
I have this Flasher Relay laying around in my house that I bought from the internet, thinking this car had a Relay.... and I need to utilize it some how in the car.
- I really don't feel like adding Load Resistors to the car. It gets hot and why are they yellow. idk

So, I looked up the Wiring Diagram and research youtube on how to "Wire a Flasher Relay", and it looks pretty simple.
- Yea, connecting Load Resistors to the blinkers is a lot easier too. But I don't feel like doing that.

I just want one thing to work with two things.

Idk, am I just walking into hell with this kind of project and this can be easily done by simply connecting Lode Ristors?
or
Is this like, "Dude.. Do you want to spend 2 to 3 hours trying to do something that can be easily done in 15 minutes?"

BTW, this forums is really ded
