Streetrays.com is a scam

Do not ever do business with this company. They have pretended to give me good customer service but ending up stringing me along long enough so i cant file a claim with ebay or paypal.

First of all they sold me a weapon R i-throttle that didnt work. Chris W at Weapon R sent me a replacement ( reluctantly ) only after i told him a coworker of his said they got a bad batch. The second unit had only one of the two components work. Chris W said he was not going to help me any further.

(Chris W. is also a piece of work. Streetrays themselves said he is an ass to deal with. He has no customer service skills or personality, and makes you out to be a retard.)

I then contact streetrays for help and they said to ship them the i-throttle and they will correct the problem. They said they were going to ask for another replacement and if it works they will ship it out to me at that point. Several emails later they state that they are waiting for weapon r to ship them back a working unit and that was the last email i got from them ONE MONTH ago.

So as of now i have NO product and NO refund. They have an F rating with the BBB and they have been reported to them by me. I also reported them to EBAY.

Just got an email back from the Better Business Bureau stating that streetrays.com refused to respond to the several attempts they made to contact them. And streetrays.com's in-actions will be noted in their report at the BBB website. This is from a BBB rep in Austin TX. Streetrays.com does business and has a shop located in TX. Hope they enjoy the F rating and no customers.
