email is the best way as I'm still the only F/T person here. I have help from 2 others time time but usually I am just super busy. That is why I don't post my phone number. There is an office line that I will give out if requested, but 9 times out of 10 I'm out back welding, cutting, shipping etc.

The last month though I have been bad / slow to respond. I do acknowledge that and I am working to try and get a better schedule in place for computer time to minimize response time

alright good to know. i can understand how busy you must be since you're the only FT person there. if anyone else has questions about it i'll send you a PM to see if i can get an answer from you quicker. you must've been bombarded with emails this past month

im not understanding why they have a responsibility to accept the part. you bought it, didnt use it - he doesnt have to accept it because you changed your mind and theres nothing wrong with it. am i missing something here or are you just being a shitty customer? two ways to look at it as far as im concerned. hes not walmart.

I'm curious, why would you order the Y pipe and not install it? I had my OEM one removed and the new installed in 25 mins.

I probably know better than most what Taz is up to at most times, and it IS a lot. Many of the gripes that I catch here get forwarded to him right away, but those really are far and few between.

I do know that he is working on some new projects. The 3rd gen 2.5 midpipe has been kicked around and he and I have spoken about it numerous times...Matter of fact, I know that at least one exists. The issue has been getting a test car for dyno purposes to see if there is any gain. And before anyone decides to start offering their car, I know that he wants it to be someone local so that testing can be overseen by him. That being said, I will kick him in the ass about it again the next time we meet for lunch.
