Unhappy Racingline Advise

I have a 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR sedan. I really enjoy the car and wanted to improve its performance. I put a good size order with Racingline for the y-pipe, extra gasket, front strut brace and rear sway bar. the y-pipe and brace arrived and were installed the same day. The rear sway bar was to follow on a different shipment. I was shipped by mistake to Oklahoma. I'm in Montreal, Canada. Racinline acknowledged mistake but it has been over a month, no sway bar. No telephone, they dont answer e-mails. What to do..? Please help.

I know the guy has been pretty busy for sure. He doesn't have a large operation so it takes longer. Never had a problem with them.

he needs to get someone to help him out. being able to respond to your customers needs on a timely basis can only HELP your rep and get more repeat customers
