Really Bad Experience at America's Tire Company

The long short of my situation is that America's Tire Co sold me tires that did not meet the load capacity of the vehicle and the tire suffered a blow out (thankfully at low speed and no one was hurt). My truck wheel was damaged (cosmetically and cracked) but they refuse to pay for the damages

They had me jump through hoops for about 2 weeks denying any liability. I finally got someone @ the home office to put in an insurance claim request which was ultimately denied as well. I don't want to bore everyone with all the details, but I am pretty sure this will end up with me taking them to small claims court here in CA.

I was curious if there was a American Tire Co Rep here who may want to hear the entire story and maybe get me some resolution outside of the judicial system. If there is a rep, drop me a PM so we can discuss my issue in detail, please.

Information exchanged with representative. I will keep this thread updated (within reason) with the resolution I am ultimately able to find.

A resolution has been reached. I'll update with details after the matter is 100% closed.

I appreciate the Discount Tire representative here on the forum taking the matter up with upper management to make things right.

After a few phone conversations, America's Tire replaced the wheel with another genuine OEM part a few weeks ago and my truck is back on the road. While I wish a resolution could have been reached at the time of the accident, I do appreciate America's Tire Co for taking ownership of the issue and replacing the wheel.

Thank you again to the rep here on the forum for your help.
