I started having the same issues as well! Today my truck did it again, wouldn't start the first time. I took it to my tech and he explained that it's the NATS antenna. The antenna is the computer chip that reads the key. So I'm trying another master key to see if this problem continues. As the NATS isn't a very good system as they seem to break a lot. Nissan knows the issues and hasn't formed a recall as of yet. From all the reading and talking with a Nissan tech, there could be millions nissan vehicles that have had the same issues. This would be a safety issue if it leaves someone stranded in bad environments. This issue isn't just with the Frontier its with all models.
