So I removed the cover of my transmission and found metal pieces inside. Any ideas of where it’s from/What it is? Would I potentially need to change the entire valve body? And the liquid is the left over transmission fluid that was emptied out

I’ve seen a couple posts on replacing the valve body but It’s not the same year/or model. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or even instructions on how to replace it that would be extremely helpful. : )
