Fuse? NATS? Crank or Cam sensors? Any codes being thrown?

No codes. Replaced cam and crank sensors. At a lose. Have mech skills just a little too new for my blood.

Is it possible the timing chain jumped or broke?

How do you know there's no injector pulse? Do you see +12V at the injector connector?

If I ask my second question again would you answer it?

Do you see +12V at the injector connectors...harness side? Should be two pins, one is supplied by power via the injection fuse (when ignition is ON), the other is transistor to ground inside the ECU. If you see +12V from the harness...but never see the injector fire...then the ECU is causing the problem (either itself, or because it is getting inputs which are preventing it from allowing engine to run ie it thinks the transmission is in gear). If you don't see power, then it's fuse or harness related.
