I remember seeing a few altimas that look like the 1st gen but the trunk has more of a slant. does anyone know what im talking about or have pics? im thinking this is the 97.5 model but i am retarded so i could be wrong

well.. you are half right...

The 1997.5 exist cause mine is a 1997.5 .. BUT, I see no difference in the trunk angle..
