Good day. A year ago, I bought an Altima with 3>4 shifting issue. Recently, I had to change the battery and a week later, it got problems shifting 1>2, rising the RPMs and returning instantly to 1 from 2. Scan guy said it was the TCC (solenoid) and turbine sensor. Changed full valve body with solenoids, sensor, oil and cleaning the filter, the issue get no correction. Old owner said one of the electric modules (the one of the speed sensors next to the alternator) had a problem and he replaced it. Need help, please. I have the AT original manual and it only says "TCC solenoid, TCC valve or Turbine sensor"

One of the first things to do is perform an ECU code readout with a portable scan tool to see if any fault codes are set. The tool can be purchased at most auto parts stores. Also most auto parts stores will scan your car for free. Post the actual codes here on the forum so that we may be able to help you further. If there is one or more fault codes set, they can help point to the malfunction. If you have a copy of the FSM for your vehicle, the code readout procedure is described there along with a listing of codes. You can download a copy of the FSM from this web site: Owner's Manuals. The section EC.PDF is the one you need to read.
