2005 Nissan Altima 2.5s No Crank No Start

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5s that I recently put a used motor into, and when I go to crank it by key it wont crank but I cant jump the starter itself and from the fuse block. It had spark and I got it to start by jumping the starter with a wire, but I had no throttle control. I then noticed the spot for the Ignition relay and throttle relay was rusty so I got a nice clean box from the junkyard and swapped it, then it lost spark. After that I took the new fuse box out and put the old one back in to see if it would regain spark and it didn't. Now I'm here asking for whatever help I can get. Please and Thank you.
