Just bought a 2005 Nissan Altima SE-R, the clutch was replaced, has 145k miles on it. When parking, the clutch pedal sometimes gets stuck at the bottom. I do not think it has gotten stuck at the bottom while driving, yet. The clutch also feels to have different pressure on the way up(I understand the bite point has more pressure). Any suggestions?

Yep. Master and slave cylinder typically benefit from being replaced. Also, you really need the line to be vacuum-bled in order to ensure there's no air bubbles anywhere in the line. A few people have found that changing to at least DOT4 fluid and replacing the rubber line with a stainless one has helped tame the issue, too.
