Hello,
I have a 2011 Nissan Rogue SL. Recently, in below freezing weather my air bag warning light started flashing. I had it checked out by a reputable mechanic which stated he scanned for codes using a scanner it came back as a trouble code "occupant seat sensor" (something to this effect). They quoted me 2800 dollars to fix it as the only way they can is to replace the entire seat cushion. They said the sensor is part of an assembly and can't be replaced by itself. Has anyone had this issue? Any options you can think? I have already researched you tube and found a video that allowed me to reset the light and get it to turn off but it does come back on in cold weather only, under 32 F.
