Hello, I have a 2015 Altima with 121k mikes. The car stalls at idle and has check engine lights on. I ran the codes and it shows random misfires and cam shaft sensor. Changed the two cam sensors, plugs and coils. Cleared the codes and the problem continues and check engine light returned . Additionally, had a mechanic look at it, but was unable to discover the issue. He noted that there seems to be a couple of electrical issues, mpg computations are off and outside temp gauge is way off. Also he said he smelled , what he thought was the catalytic converter and thought the exhaust didn’t have a lot of pressure . Can anyone help w a diagnosis
