Hi All, Does anyone have experience in replacing the transmission filter on these CVT? any info on the torque specs would help a lot. Thanks

Update: I called a dealer nearby and they confirmed that there is a filter on the side of the CVT which is replaceable. They said they don't service this and it's not needed. Since my first transmission gave up just at 109k I now replace my tranny fluid at around 25k miles.

The filter cover mounting bolt specs:
7 N.m. (0.7 kg-m or 62 in-lb)

Service manual calls for a new filter and a new filter cover after disassembly.

Also apply CVT fluid to the filter cover during installation.

Thank you AlphaBetaUser for your reply, is there another filter screen located just when you take off the transmission fluid pan? in total, there are 2 filters?

There is another filter called "Strainer Assy-Oil " inside the pan. Nissan Part No.: 31728-3XX0A . No. 7 in this picture:
You need to drop the pan in order to reach there:
