2018 Nissan Kick

the Radiator fan will not shut off unless I pull the fuse. I researched where the fan relay is located but it is not where the diagram shows it should be, went to Nissan dealer parts department had parts manager, parts counter person and mechanic take a look but non of them could locate fan relay holder. They want me to take it in for service. If someone out there knows where the relay is located, I could check it on a meter and save me labor. I was told that it could also be a module but they could not tell me where it is located as well. Again if I could find it I could test it myself.
