I can get a radio from a 2000 altima real cheap and I was wondering if it would fit into my 95 altima.

Well we took a 1st gen(95 altima) radio and put it in 2nd gen(98 altima) and it worked. So it should work the other way around too!

Yup, it works perfectly. I sold my 98 stock cd player to someone on here with a first gen alty and it worked fine.
