Ok I molded the inside of my hood with fiberglass to stiffen it up and it worked!! I went 85-90 on the turnpike with no problems of vibration and it was glued down by how strong it was!! It is no longer the maliable piece of metal it used to be. Now all I gotta do is mold the top and do the hinges. This thing is not only going to be strong but light. Day by day its getting lighter and stronger. Will post instructions once done.

Added about 3lbs and I am going to shave alot more off. I am going all the way to get it light. I will probably spend about $100 in the end for a fiberglass hood.
