I know it was here just a while ago, but ...
Does anybody know if 3.5 shocks would fit 2.5 without changing the springs? I feel like my shocks are a little weak, car has over 50K miles. I don't want to change springs only shocks, do you think is possible? I heard 3.5 shocks are more sporty, firmer, etc. Also are the 3.5 and 2.5 shocks & springs same size=hight/ground clearance, etc.

Thanks!!!

I always wanted to know that too. I think they are the same size just firmer shocks on the 3.5. I think its worth a try especially if you lower the car or have it lowered already. Anybody else try this out?

From what I recall the 3.5 has firmer rear shocks and I would also assume it has a firmer front suspension to hold up the larger engine. I would believe that they are swapable. could possibly not allow the front to sit like it does now.
