93-97 instrument cluster

did anyone replace their original instrument cluster with a different year and did it work properly

I'm pretty sure the cluster is interchangable. I think a 200sx guy put an Altima cluster into his car.

93-94 are different from 95-97

i replaced mine (97) with a 96 from a junkyard

so it would be safe to say i can replace it with either a 95 or 96 with no problems

whats the differences? i know of a small difference in in the 93...

the difference i know of is the stupid ass trip-o-meter is like 2 mm lower on the 93-4 than on the 95-7
