Im lowering my car this weekend. Sprints and Tokicos. I read that if you hit a large bump with the car lowered it can change the camber. How often should you check your alignment? Is it that easy to screw up the camber adj?

Another thread on here suggests that the camber adjustment bolts are to blame for camber changes.
I get a four wheel alignment every 6 months. Thats about every 19k miles at my rate, but they are mostly highway.

Is there a major difference after the springs settle?
