I had some purple 80/110 purple bulbs, not nokyas, but they were so much dimmer than stock. They appeared purple/pinkish at night and after about 20-30 ft from a car in front of me the fog lights were the only thing showing bright. It looked like my regular headlights were on from that distance. The only time they looked tight is when high beams were activated. Personally, I've had bad experiences with colored bulbs. On my 97' Mirage 6 pair of bulbs (which fried harnesses), 00' Tiburon 3 sets, and 01' Altima 1 set. The only one that didn't blow was my piaa 55/65 super whites. They looked stock but much more more white. I wouldn't recommend colored bulbs, or anything with anymore than 10w of more power. I had so many troubles that I got real HIDS, and those are in a class of their own!!! Interested??? If so, HIDKITS.com has them for 439$-600$ish. Got them for X-mas, and NO problems!!! Sorry about blabbing on...ooopppsss

I've had the Nokya purple bulbs for about 3 months now. You can see a hint of purple, but it looks more like any other non-factory bulb u see on the streets. You can drive around w/the brights on then they really stand out but....I tried that and it just pisses people off. And oh yea, just this weekend one of the bulbs went out on me after less then three months. Overall they're ok bulbs I havent noticed too many people with them unlike those similated HID you see at every cornor, so for that reason they're cool but other then that nothing special.

But I went out and got some purple turn signals w/ some purple cornor lamps, the purple stands out more when i did that. So give it a shot if u want.

I think the purple doesn't look all that great, I would get the arctic white if I was you. They look really blue and bright. On the picture the Nokya is the one on the left, and the right is a "blue" GE bulb from Wal-Mart (they are brighter than stock).
