What is the best auto transmission fluid for performance?

What is the best manuel transmission fluid for performance?

I have an 86.5 nissan 'hardbody' pickup, 5 speed, and I would like to change out the manuel transmission fluid.

Also, I would like to protect that transmission in my new Alty3.5!

Is Redline the best or are there better brands out there?

For an auto: Mobile 1 ATF

Manual: GL4 - Redline; GL-5 - Redline / Mobile 1;
Some take ATF (see above) / some take Motor Oil - no suggestions here
