Breather Filter?? What Does That Do

It is a filter that alows crankcase vapors to excape , and to alow air into the engine when the PCV system is sucking the vapors out .... DO NOT PUT ONE ON YOUR ALTIMA !!!!! Leave it the way it comes stock , if you put just a filter on the Valve cover it will not suck the vapors out under high rpm !!!!!

I always see them in performance shops, I was wondering the same thing. I guess it's a Honda thing.

I have a breather on my valve cover, i havent n e noticed n e thing bad.
