After running my car pretty hard in the gears(getting into the higher rpms) i throw it back into neutral to slow down and the car idles very low(under 500rpms) and sometimes dies-what causes this and what can i do to fix this???

mine does that....check your throttle cable for now.......got any mods?

just chip, and K&N (air filter only)

so you have the JET CHIP ? how well does that perform ..i havent heard anything about them coz noone seems to have it ...and there web site sucks no info at all..no dyno sheets and they claim 15 hp ....about your problem ..have you clean your air filter lately ? check the MAF for dirt and maybe clean the throttle body maybe that should correct it ... btw did you reset your ECU ?
