I have a Check Engine Code P0182 Fuel Temperature Sensor on my Sentra 2015.

How much is the dealer going to charge me?

What if the dealer says he can't just replace the sensor without replacing the pump? Should I take it somewhere else to local mechanic?

Yep, the dealer claimed he "couldn't replace the fuel temperature sensor without replacing the entire fuel pump assembly". It cost 1000 dollars. I feel ripped off, but I will keep this car another 5 to 8 years (I keep cars 12 to 15 years), so I can justify in my mind that the fuel pump itself would have eventually failed anyway.
