I was just on I-5 headed northbound when I passed up a black 240sx (the last gen) that was lowered, had the aluminum wing and angled muffler. He speeds up and gets ahead of me and a lowered black Civic (the last gen, I think it was an Si by the wheels) catches up to the 240sx. They run along side each other for a few, then the Civic starts to pull ahead. As it cuts over to the carpool lane the 240sx just takes off. They both weave in and out of traffic, probably around 100 (traffic flow was close to 80 mph, and these guys were flying). It is ahead of the Civic by about half a car length when they go over the incline and I lose sight of them in the cars ahead. It was a pretty cool contest but they shouldn't have done it with so many cars around.
