my car stalled out a few times last night and i ended up resetting the ECU to temp. solve the problem

i checked a bunch of stuff today (injectors, MAF, etc. )

i pulled of the cap and noticed that the inside
terminals 3 & 4 were worn down completely (not burnt just completely gone)
the other 2 terminals were in good shape

why would this happen??
i got the cap and rotor attached to the distributor when i bought it new from nissan so i *think* that they had it installed properly

yeah i had a spare cap lying around so i did replace it

is it possible that for some reason plugs 3 & 4 require more of a spark or are somehow lit for more of the duty cycle?
