ESS fuse won't change status of "shipping mode"
Hello,
I own a 2018 Altima SV 2.5. recently the battery died due to cold af weather here in Canada, and the car put itself into "shipping mode". After a brief search on the Internet I found there was a fuse that needed to be pushed in to deactivate the "extended storage" mode a.k.a shipping mode. I followed every step to the exact, lights set to off and push the fuse in. After trying this in a couple different situations ( car on, car off) the status of the vehicle did not change and the car is still in "shipping mode" and continues to act like it is in shipping mode. Any ideas of how I can fix this issue without paying a Nissan dealer to do what I assume would be a simple task?
