Okay. I have had my rims on for a week now. I got some 17" with 215/50/17 tires (wanted smaller sidewall, but they were free!)

Well the other day I had the car loaded. I had 5 people in the car. And in the back seat there was a combined weight of about 550 lbs. So this was going to test the car to see if I had tire rub, and did I? Yes. Every little turn and bump it hit.

I am sitting on the stock springs, and I was told it would not rub. Now, how can I roll the fenders like some people have done safely. Cause I'm pretty sure this will fix the problem, am I right?

Another question, after rolling the fender, will it be safe to drop the car 2"? I have got the springs, all i have to do is put them on but am afraid they will rub. Thanksss.

It's 40mm.

And am I going to crack the paint when I roll the fenders?
maybe, maybe not... depends on how carfully you do it. if any does, most likely it will be on the inside... and thats why you have touch up paint... no one will see t
