Hi,
This may seem like a stupid question, but I need to find a gas cap for my 1997 Nissan Altima. Where can I get one?

Do I need to get a Nissan specific gas cap or will any gas cap do as long as its the right size?

i would check the dealership in your area. i'm sure they have some or can get one.

i recommend one made for your car. the check engine light goes off if you dont tighten the gas cap. you dont want a gas cap that doesnt fit right.

if you feel like paying way too much, get a nismo one for about 100 bucks they look cool but damn hehe other than that dealer or junkyard.
