That's what I was wondering. Funny thing is I did not even put AZ as a location

Most of those are door-to-door marketing companies. That's what a "regional sales team" means. When you go through the process (about a year long) and go sell door-to-door in the field and have trained enough people to do so, you open up your own office in another region and thus become a sales manager.

It's not all a scam. It just depends if it's for you. I did it for a few months and I was a kickass salesman. I saw weekly checks of $750-$1,000 but my back was giving me problems and I couldn't stay on my feet and walk around 10 hours a day. I worked for a marketing company in contract with SBC, so I was selling phone service.

And yes, once you open up your own office, your salary does reach those figures. However, it is NOT for everyone. The reason why they candy-coat it is that FEW people would apply if they knew it was door-to-door off the bat. Instead, they call you in for an interview, take you out for one day as part of your "interview", then show you how much money you could have made just that one day. That is usually enough to make people stick to the program at least for a few months.

Hope this helped.
