I have a 98 GXE with 96k on it.

My father has a 99 SE with 65k on it.

Both are standard..

The SE seems like it has a helluva lot more balls than the GXE.. why is this? same motor? same gear ratios?

what's the difference? is my ride just out of tune or what?

i also noticed the seats are alot higher in the SE...my head almost hits the ceiling.

SE seats were different for a few years, at least 93 and 94, might be a few more years included.

SE's have a few differences, if you search, there are a couple threads that discuss every difference.

4 wheel discs
Alloys
wing
fog lights
a tiny bit lower
Thicker rear sway bar
the early SE's had a lower final drive ratio, and LSD was an option
Leather wrapped wheel
chrome inner door handles
the different seats

There are afew other things...

I did a search. I cant even search 'se' because it's under 3 letters

Peterson, I don't think that will work either cause you need more then 3 letters to do a search.
