Can anyone tell me if its possible to get header for a 2006 Altima 2.5l and fit them on a 2008 Sentra spec v?? Im sure some of the bolt holes won't be right but can I possibly modify?

No one but you can answer that question, as we on the forum are not aware of your mechanical ability, and how much $$$ you are willing to spend for the install and necessary mods to get them to fit.

Header tubes commonly move around when you change car bodies to clear the needed spaces. Pretty odd for different bodies to fit the same header.
