Hey guys, so I’m not really a car person but I want to be so I figured there’s no time like now to start. So my 2012 Nissan Sentra is having trouble starting most times, and won’t rev or run above 2500 rpms when the slip indicator light is on. Any suggestions? Some people I’ve talked to about it have had similar problems and suggested changing the mass airflow sensor, but I wanted to get opinions first.

Does it crank continuously then start or it bogs and misses, also if the slip light is on the PCM will cut power and or limit your rev so you won`t slip the tires or skid
