I have a 2008 nissan altima COUPE and I bought kyb front struts (sr4225/sr4226) but it is for the sedan. They do fit but now my sway bar link does not. But can I just put a smaller one, will it change really how the car drives? And I also got the rear kyb shock (349075) will they fit if someone tried please help.
thank you!

I'd consider buying them from you if that helps solve a problem (ie free up cash to get the right parts).

If you have the 3.5 coupe they should fit, if you have the 2.5, then no. Those are for the 3.5 models.

The sway bar is different for the 3.5...lot more weight upfront.

As you can see they only show parts for the sedan not the coupe.
It's a little odd I agree, but actually they do show at the very bottom E4303-JB12A as the left coupe 3.5 strut, which means with a little brain stretching, you now know the right side is E4302-JB12A. A little more googling will tell you these were replaced by ZX10A variants, so what you are actually looking for are E4302-ZX10A (RHS) and E4303-ZX10A (LHS) which are at least available in cartridge format (still have to remove/replace springs etc)
