it is NOT... get the stillen one if u want carb legal.. same intake anyway.... they both use the same horn..

i know.. i'm not looking to get the JWT one.. (i do have an OBX intake from Alex sitting here until i find time to do the air sensor work...) just trying to find out carb-legal products...
