I have a 2002 Altima 2.5S and this service schedule is AGGRESSIVE to

You could always take it to a service station and have them check it out and make a notation in the book. At least, you will have a 3rd party's thumbs up.


I however have purchased a few used cars that never had anything written in that little book.

Also, when I went to get my car looked over by the dealer, they didn't look at my book either. I know they keep record of it in their computer, but all they maintenance is wear and tear items. These aren't covered by warranty anyway, so.....

To sum all that up, you aren't going to have a warranty issue if your head gasket starts leaking and you don't have all your markings in your service interval book. Bumper to bumper means they gotta fix it if it's broke and not a wear and tear item.
