I have a 2014 Altima with factory nav. I have never updated the SD card. Has anyone ever bought the new card?

Does it also update the map design or add functions?

Is it worth buying? Anyone selling a newer version

It's worth it . Mostly map additions .

Be advised , if you purchase an update that has already been uploaded to a previous Nav system it will not load on yours.

The SD update cards are 1 time use ONLY . Don't let anyone tell you differently , and beware if someone says they "hacked" it and it will work on you unit. It wont work .
