I just sold my 2000 altima to a friend and he said the alternator died and started to smoke. We replaced the alternator, battery and 50 amp main fuse. Now there is no power to the cluster, the heat doesn't work, the power windows and door locks don't work or the turn signals don't work and there is 14 cel codes. Surprisingly the car turns on still. We checked all the fuses inside and couldn't find any blown ones. Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a common power branch is bad. Perhaps there is still a bad fusible link inside the engine bay. There is also a fuse called METER in the cabin fusebox. On top of the fuse, you should see two metal points where you can use stick a multimeter lead to check whether you have 12V on both sides.
