4 on 114.3(4.5 in) whalentire says that will fit. is that right???

You want around a 44 offset.

why 44??? less bumpy?? is there any other problems with having a 40 offset???

114 x 4, around a 44 offset. 40 is cool...

That'll have nothing to do with being bumpy....
