Yes its a 4 piece set, yes im dropping the car next month, and the installation takes 4 hours or so with help. we winged it so it took us awhile

Looks nice but it would look so much better with a drop and maybe some smaller sidewalls on the tires.

Neons came out sweet, i hope to post pictures of mine soon. have you thought about putting light on the inside? i have neon 15 incch blue tubes under the dash,but now i see LED lights you can put in you ride they look phat. and you can mount them anywhere even in the vents this will be my next project

i put 6in mini's above my visors i like the look it's nice and descreat i plan on puting 1 in each door pocket to i love the look of neon when it is indrect so that you cant see the neon tube its self.
