I have a 07 nissan altima 2.5s i just got the transmission replaced along with the crankshaft position sensor and fluid but my cars rpms still went to go back down to 1000 rpm at 35 mph or lower and vibrate my car. Can anyone explain to me what the hell its doing?

It is keeping your rpm's low for best fuel economy.

Have you thought of returning to the garage that replace your transmission?

Yeah but the guy played dumb with me I got the transmission replaced twice by the same guy and still have the same issue I've been fighting this car since i got it and i just want the issue to go away lol I've replaced the crankshaft position sensor and the fluid still the rpms at 35 mph or lower just to cruise the rpm will drop down to 1000 or lower and vibrate my car i have to let go of the gas and press the pedal again to keep speed.

Bite the bullet and visit a Nissan dealer, pay the diagnostic fee to see what is wrong.
