I have the same problem, with my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder that I just purchase on 2019. It's a use rental pathfinder sold it to us from CarMax for $47,000. I don't understand why is it breaking down when it's new. I was driving up the hill coming home from work. I press on the gas and there was no-power on the gas except my car was reducing it's speed to 45 mph, this was scary, my car is update on oil change and everything.So..i searched a little bit, but couldn't find anything. I'm also kinda freaked out, so I may have missed it if this has been discussed. A few minutes ago, I was driving home. I was at a red light. When it turned green, and I pressed the gas pedal..the car recieved BARELY any power. It barely moved....It moved a LITTLE BIT, but nothing that is normal. Then, after about 5 secs of pressing the pedal....it all of a sudden had life..and surged forward. I had cars behind me and I though they were going to hit me!
Has anyone else had this issue, or know what this might be? I was turning left at that red light.and I was able to make the turn...but the car had nowhere near as much power as it is supposed to.
Oh, and this is a 2.5, 2009...thanks!
I did a research on my Nissan 2018 pathfinder and there is a recall on it. Does anyone else is dealing with the same issue.
