Well,just today my car hit the 100,000 mile mark.Any thing i should know? Tune up,transmission,gas octane,motor oil type,etc.
Should i get a full tune-up?just changed the spark plugs about a month ago.this car has never got a full tune up.Please help...

major services should be done every 30k miles (plugs, air, fuel filters, oil change, trans fluid change, check cap, rotor, and plug wires, just spray some water from a spray bottle with the enging running and see if any of it arcs or sparks, if it does replace them
